Floor Staff
Venue Manager
Successful candidates will need be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the venue and will oversee all its operations. You will need to have a thorough understanding of all aspects of venue operations.
You’ll need amazing communication and interpersonal skills, as, motivating your team to deliver excellent customer service is essential and you will be responsible for all staff training/development.
A high level of organisation will be required as you will be responsible for managing all bookings and enquiries, maintaining a bookings calendar. You will need to quickly develop an excellent understanding of the venue’s capabilities while ensuring that a venue is always compliant with health and safety legislation as well as maintaining compliance with licensing laws and industry regulations.
You will be responsible for arranging all maintenance and repairs. This may require you to deal with urgent issues outside of your normal working hours so the ability to be flexible, reliable, improvise and devise solutions to problems will be essential.
Candidates who possess knowledge around managing finances and monitoring budgets, controlling expenditure will have an advantage, as will those who can plan and implement strategies to stimulate income generation and efficiency. We will require you to be part of developing marketing plans, identifying new business opportunities and introducing cost-saving measures. We will also need you to strategise how to reach new audiences and expand the venue’s offering.

Wait Staff/Bartenders
- Valid NSW RSA
- Availability to work Friday and Saturday nights.
- Ability to work independently and show initiative within the role.
