Booking Policy
Group Bookings
All groups of 12 or more are required to commit to a Set Menu. All bookings will be secured with a credit card. This card will only be charged in the event of a no-show, cancellation or reduction in guest numbers within 24 hours of the booking. Refer to our cancellation policy for further details.
Split Service and Seating Times
Checho’s Dinner services run on split time slots (early and late sittings). This means all sittings a capped to a time based on your party size. Should you wish to have a longer sitting than 2 hours we recommend booking from 8pm onwards for our dinner service.
A maximum seating time of 90 minutes applies to all bookings of 1-2 people, 1hr 45mins for 3-7 people and 2 hours for bookings of 8 or more.
Late Arrivals
All tables will be held for 15 minutes past the confirmed booking time. In the event you are later than 15 minutes, we cannot guarantee your booking due to the split service at Checho’s. Arriving late means your seating time is shortened. Late arrivals are subject to our cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy
The credit card supplied to secure a booking will be charged in the event of:
- No Show / Late Arrivals
- Reduction in numbers within 24 hours of booking
- Cancellation of entire booking within 24 hours
The credit will be charged accordingly:
- $30 per person
Altering a Booking
All booking alterations are to be made through your confirmation email from SevenRooms. With limited capacities, no alterations are guaranteed. We will, however, try our best to facilitate your needs.
Surcharges
Please note all bookings on Sundays will incur a surcharge of 10%. Bookings on public holidays will incur a surcharge of 20%.
