Booking Policy

Group Bookings

All groups of 8+ must commit to a Fiesta menu. All bookings will be secured with a credit card. This card will only be charged in the event of no show, cancellation or reduction in guest numbers within 24 hours of the booking. Refer to our cancellation policy for further details.

A maximum seating time of 90 minutes applies to all bookings between 2 to 5 guests. A maximum seating time of 90 minutes applies to bookings of 8+ guests.

Cancellation Policy

The credit card supplied to secure a booking will be charged in the event of:

  • No Show
  • Reduction in numbers within 24 hours of booking
  • Cancellation of entire booking within 24 hours


The credit will be charged accordingly:

  • $25pp – applicable to group of 2 or more


Altering a Booking

All booking alterations can be made through The Fork mobile or desktop app, or emailing hola@chechos.com.au. With limited capacities, no alterations are guaranteed. We will however, promise to try our best to facilitate your needs.

Bookings of 8+

For a smooth dining experience, group bookings of 8 or more are required to choose our FEED ME MENU.

During the booking process, if the time you’re after isn’t displayed, unfortunately, we are booked out for that sitting. To avoid disappointment, we encourage you to book in advance.
